Christmas is Coming...

We could all do with a bit of good news at the moment, so let's start by turning off the news and focus on some Christmas cheer. With not long to go until the party season kicks off, if you've not booked yours, you'd better get a move on!

Private Parties

Whether it's a VIP private dinner for a small team, or a large scale party for the whole company, Jarvis Woodhouse Events will arrange the perfect Christmas Party for you.

We will design a totally bespoke event for you, from a night in the West End, to a weekend visit to the Christmas markets in Germany... anything is possible to make your Christmas magical.

Shared Parties

If you want a full-on themed Christmas party but your company or group isn't big enough to book a whole venue, then why not join a shared party night with other festive groups? There are plenty of great parties on offer.

Enjoy the whole package at a per person rate and celebrate Christmas in style at venues all over the UK.

Jarvis Woodhouse Events Summer News!

Jarvis Woodhouse Events are expanding, and we are pleased to announce two new members of staff joining our busy team. Philippa joins us after re-locating to Bristol from Brighton via the French Alps, with Becky rejoining the team full time after a work experience placement last summer, having just graduated from Cardiff Uni.

We've been extremely busy over the last few months, with events and incentives for many new and existing clients. A selection of our recent successful events include:

* A luxury incentive trip to Las Vegas for 50 guests
* A launch party in a specially constructed event space in one of Europes largest warehouses.
* A troops homecoming parade and party for over 2000 guests
* And events held aboard the luxurious Orient Express, and a celeb spotting private dinner at the Ivy; amongst many others.

Typical Itinerary

DAY ONE
16:00- Arrive in Nice and transfer to Monaco by helicopter.
19:00- Champagne reception.
20:30- Dinner at a local restaurant.

DAY TWO
08:00- Breakfast.
09:00- Familiarisation with the cars outside the hotel.

Typical vehicle selection:
Ferrari F430 Spyder
Ferrari 575 Superamerica
Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder
Aston Martin DB9 Volante

10:00- Group One board yacht and depart for a coastal cruise, visiting beautiful ports on the Cote d’Azur. Visits ashore, watersports or simply sunbathing are the order of the day.

Group Two set off for a tour of the surrounding area and the Alpes Maritime, including the legendary Col de Turini, which is part of the Rallye Monte Carlo. The two groups will join together for an informal lunch. After lunch the groups swap activities.

18:00- Arriving back in Monaco, guests return to the hotel to relax and prepare for the evening.

20:00- Cocktail reception followed by black tie gala dinner.

22:30- Following dinner, guests will be escorted to the nearby Casino de Monte Carlo to finish the evening in style.

DAY THREE
08:00- Breakfast.
10:30- Check out of hotel.
11:00- Helicopter transfer to Nice Airport
