As a venue finding company, we research, negotiate and secure event spaces om behalf of our clients, saving time and money whilst ensuring the conference space meets with goals and budget.
How it Works
- You send us your brief, we’ll check this over with you to make sure we have every detail covered
- First stage proposals sent to you with venue information and costings
- You shortlist your favourite venues and we can arrange site visits
- We contact your selected venue to finalise things
- Confirmation to be sent to the venue requesting contract and proforma invoice in your company name.
- You sign the contract – now you’re all good to go!
Moving Forward
The good news is we don’t charge for our venue finding service. Once the contract has been signed, we can add more value by being your one point of contact for your event OR you can liaise with the venue directly if you prefer.
You are probably thinking how can they not charge so to explain we receive a small commission from the venues – similar to how a travel agent operates.
